Milk Rose is a pleasant and refreshing drink made from the Rooh Afza concentrate. Often during summers, we have this beverage instead of plain hot milk. The Rooh Afza concentrate adds a nice piquancy to the milk which makes it a great option for kids who do not like to have milk otherwise. This is an instant recipe making it ideal for situations when one is short of time or low on energy, or when one needs to prepare some drinks for unexpected guests.
- Milk – 1.5 cups (boiled and cooled)
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon (Please alter the quantity as per your liking)
- Rooh Afza syrup – 30 ml (3 tablespoons)
- Fresh Cream/Malai – 1 tablespoon
- Crushed Ice – 1/4 cup
Servings: 1-2 persons
Preparation Time: 5 mins.
Blend all the ingredients well together in a blender/mixie for couple of minutes.
Refrigerate and serve chilled Milk Rose. You can decorate the drink with little syrup while serving to make it look more appetizing.
