Chocolate Cream Cookies are perfect to munch on when you are in a mood to indulge. These cookies are a great snack for chocolate lovers and they leave behind a heavenly flavor on melting in the mouth. Ingredients for cookies :

Maida (Plain Flour) – 115 gms.
• Powdered sugar – 60 gms.
• Cooking butter (unsalted) – 50 gms.
• Milk – 3-4 tablespoons
• Baking Powder – 1/4th teaspoon
• Few drops of Vanilla essence

Ingredients for Cream :

• Icing sugar – 100 gms.
• Cooking butter (unsalted) – 60 gms.
• Cocoa Powder – 3 teaspoons

Servings: 18-20 cookies

Preparation Time: 20 mins.

Baking Time: 20 mins.

Method

For Cookies:

Take butter and sugar in a bowl. Cream it using a hand mixer/blender till it becomes light and fluffy.

Add maida, milk, baking powder and vanilla essence. Mix all these ingredients into a soft workable dough.

Grease the baking tray with oil/butter.

Take the above prepared dough in a piping bag having a star nozzle and pipe it into shape of cookies on the greased baking tray.

Now bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 15-20 minutes.

Once the cookies are done, let them cool.

For making cream:

Mix icing sugar and butter in a bowl.

Add cocoa powder and mix well.

For stuffing the cream:

Sandwich some cream between two cookies and press well. Repeat the process till all the cookies are stuffed with cream.

Sprinkle little cocoa powder on the stuffed cookies.

Chocolate Cream Cookies are ready. They should be stored in an airtight container.
