Fruit Delight is that unique and tempting combination of health and rejuvenation which is a delight to the eyes as well as the taste buds. It is a concoction of a variety of flavours which is sure to refresh you completely in the scorching summer heat. Serve Fruit Delight, our specialty beverage recipe, to your guests during a get-together or relish it all by yourself on a drab day to lift up your spirits.
- Rooh Afza Sherbet – 20 ml.
- Mousambi (Sweet Lime) Juice – 60 ml.
- Pomegranate (Anar) juice – 40 ml.
- Crushed Ice
- Chilled Club Soda – 40 ml
- Finely chopped grapes – 2 tablespoons
- Mint leaves – 2-3 (crushed)
- Slice of Mousambi (for garnishing)
- A pinch of black salt
Servings: 1 glass
Preparation Time: 15-20 mins.
In a tall glass, add two tablespoons of crushed ice and press it using a spoon.
Pour Rooh Afza sherbet.
Add two tablespoons of crushed ice again and press it.
Add cut grapes.
Repeat the process of adding two tablespoons of crushed ice and press it.
Pour pomegranate juice.
Then add mousabi juice and club soda and sprinkle the mint leaves.
Add little crushed ice and sprinkle a pinch of black salt. (You can add more according to your liking)
Garnish with Mousambi Slice and refrigerate. Relish chilled Fruit Delight whenever you wish to and feel refreshed.
